Belize is in Central America, near Mexico and Guatemala. Its capital, Belmopan, is considered as a tax haven.

Visit the Mayan archaeological sites, such as Corozal, Altun Ha and Lamanai. In San Ignacio, the biggest city of the Cayo district, in western Belize, explore ancient Mayan cities such as Caracol and Xunantunich, or ceremonial caves such as Bartin Creek and Actun Tunichil Mucknal.

You will discover heavenly landscapes in Belize: white sand beaches, diverse islands and cays, wild rainforests and jungles. It is a country with an eclectic and colourful culture, characterized by a relaxed atmosphere. Mingle with the Garifuna people in Dandriga, the biggest city of Stann Creek. Discover punta rock, a form of the traditional punta rhythm of the Garifuna people mixing acoustic music and electric instruments. An exotic experience is guaranteed!

You can go kayaking, trekking, bird watching or horse riding. On Placencia peninsula, you can also go scuba diving. In May and June, during the full moon time, experience an encounter with whale sharks. It’s magic!
